How to find us



We are ideally located one mile South of Edinburgh Airport, just a couple of minutes drive from the M8, M9, A71 and the A720 City Bypass.  Ample parking is available in our car park.  We also have a dedicated bus-stop for the X48 bus.

From Edinburgh:

Follow road signs for A71 via Sighthill through the roundabout at Calder Junction. Straight ahead past turn off for Heriot-Watt University. Continue until Dalmahoy Golf and Country Club is on the left. Take right turn almost opposite. Ratho is signposted from this turn off. Follow the road until T junction in Ratho village, turn right and follow the road round the bend. The Bridge Inn is 50 yards on the left.

Alternatively –

Follow A8 road signs for Edinburgh Airport, passing airport turn off and Highland Showground on the right. Continue until Newbridge Intersection. On reaching the intersection get in lane for B7030. When off the intersection take the turn off passing McDonalds and petrol station. Ratho is signposted from here. Take first left, then turn left again into Harvest Road. Follow the road under the M8 passing Ratho Station junction and keep on into Ratho. The Bridge Inn is on the right just over the hump backed bridge.

From the North:

A90 to Forth Road Bridge. At the south side of the bridge onto the M9 SPUR then join the M9 motorway. Leave the M9 at junction 1, then at the Newbridge Intersection take the third exit onto the B7030. When off the intersection take the turn off passing McDonalds and the petrol station. Ratho is signposted from here. Take first left, then left again into Harvest Road. Follow the road under the M8 passing Ratho Station junction and keep on into Ratho. The Bridge Inn is on the right just over the hump backed bridge.

From Glasgow:

M8 to junction 2 (signposted Forth Road Bridge) to Newbridge Intersection. Take first slip road on the left (B7030) at McDonalds and petrol station. Ratho is signposted from here. Take first left, then left again into Harvest Road. Follow the road under the M8 passing Ratho Station junction and keep on into Ratho. The Bridge Inn is on the right just over the hump backed bridge.

From the South:

Take Edinburgh City Bypass (A720) to slip road signposted Calder Junction. Take a left at the traffic lights on to the A71 past Heriot-Watt University and continue on to Dalmahoy Golf and Country Club. Take the right turn almost opposite and Ratho is signposted from here. Follow the road until the T junction in the village, turn right and follow the road round the bend. The Bridge Inn is 50 yards on the left.

Public Transport:

Take the X48 Park & Ride from Edinburgh city centre via Park & Ride at Ingliston (Edinburgh Airport).
