Our historic barge, the Pride of Belhaven, offers a truly unique and memorable setting for the most important day of your life.

We are licensed for civil ceremonies, so you can exchange vows surrounded by friends and family in a peaceful, tranquil setting.   Then you can enjoy a glass of champagne on the jetty, in our garden or inside (depending on the weather!) for your photographer to capture the romance of the day.

Whether you get married on the boat itself, or at one of our beautiful local churches, you and your guests can then sail off for a private cruise.  Our chefs can cook and serve you a menu of your choice, our friendly staff will serve you wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks throughout your cruise, and you can watch the world pass by as you enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Union Canal.

To help keep the party going, we can provide live music (harpists, accordionists, singers, etc.) or even let your hair down with a disco or karaoke.

Our capacity is a maximum of 36 passengers for a meal, or 42 for drinks.
