Get layered up and join friends and new people alike for an outdoor yoga class hosted by The Bridge Inn.

We’ll practice on the lawn overlooking the canal each Friday morning and whenever the weather gets a bit wet we’ll hop under the canopy on the terrace.

This is a 45 minute easy vinyasa flow class; suitable for all levels of experience and all bodies options to move in a way that feels good for you will be given throughout.

We’ll incorporate Qigong, breath practices and a flow leaving you feeling open and energised ready for the weekend. I teach Seasonal yoga so there is always a nod to the energy, emotions and focus of the Season in each class.

Please bring your own exercise or yoga mat. Blocks will be available to use in the practice (all sanitised after each use) but feel free to bring anything you like to use in your practice.

Please dress for the weather – layers are great so you can layer up or down as we move through the practice.

Toilet facilities are available within the Bridge Inn – please wear your mask when moving around.
